Golden Johansson is the Chief Operating Officer at Berman Law Group, where she oversees daily
operations and drives growth strategies. Golden plays a key role in improving operational efficiencies
across the firm to ensure its continued success. Prior to joining Berman, Golden served as Executive
Director of Operations for the Seminole Tribe of Florida, Inc., where she managed 12 non-gaming
businesses, delivering substantial growth and operational improvements to the tribe. Her leadership
experience also includes senior roles at Legacy Bank of Florida, where she was Vice President Market
Executive, and at Bank of America as a Consumer Market Manager.
Golden is deeply involved in community service, serving on various boards and committees. Her
leadership and contributions in Broward County have been recognized through numerous awards,
including the 2017 Up & Comer of the Year from South Florida Business & Wealth Magazine, the 2015
Small Business of the Year Award from the Greater Ft. Lauderdale Chamber of Commerce, and the 2018
100 Outstanding Women in Broward County Award from the Girl Scouts of SE Florida.
Golden holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Management from Arizona State University, is Six Sigma
Green Belt certified.
