Yale was born in Newark, New Jersey, and raised in its suburbs. He studied pre-med and pre-law as an undergraduate, then graduated law school from Nova Southeastern University in Davie in 1993. Yale’s law practice focused on automobile accident, slip-and-fall, product liability, dog bite, medical malpractice, and nursing home personal injury matters, as well as healthcare law. He went back to school and became a board-certified nurse practitioner and nurse over a decade ago, and is pleased to bring his medical education, training, and experience to his practice of law. He is an author and presenter for continuing education for law and medicine.
Yale is passionate about serving his clients with diligence and compassion. He has had a long and successful career as an attorney, and he looks forward to helping each of his clients in a professional manner. When Yale is not working practicing law, he volunteers his time in medicine in the community and spends time with his family.
