Brian Anderson is an accomplished personal injury attorney with a robust background in both pre-
litigation and litigation practice. A native of Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, Brian obtained his bachelor’s
degree in history from Point Park University before earning his Juris Doctorate from the Duquesne
University School of Law. As a member of Duquesne Law’s evening division, Brian worked full-time at a
personal injury law firm as a paralegal and law clerk during the day, while earning his law degree at
night.
Brian dedicated himself to practical experience in law school, interning as a law clerk for the Honorable
Judge Michael E. McCarthy in the Court of Common Pleas of Allegheny County, and was an active
member of the school’s Wills and Estate clinic, assisting low-income individuals in drafting their wills.
After law school, Brian was an attorney at a Pittsburgh based personal injury law firm, where he took a
leading role in all facets of personal injury practice, including drafting complaints and briefs, conducting
and defending depositions, presenting briefs and petitions in motions court, and attending numerous
mediations with his clients. Additionally, he has experience handling estate matters, ranging from
conducting thorough client consultations, drafting wills and other estate documents, opening and
closing estates in Pennsylvania, and representing clients at estate hearings.
Brian's commitment to achieving successful outcomes for his clients reflects his passion for the law and
dedication to serving the community. In his free time, Brian enjoys spending time with his new bride,
exploring the local restaurant and music scene, and cheering on his favorite Pittsburgh sports teams.
